Name change

TrackGleam was formerly named Auracle. The rename does not affect any purchase, credit code, or these terms — codes beginning with AURA- remain valid, and master.djh3mp.com redirects to trackgleam.com.

Use of the tool

This tool is provided on an as-is basis for lawful audio processing. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload, process, and publish any audio you use with TrackGleam.

No warranty

Mastering results vary by source material. TrackGleam provides best-effort processing and educational guidance, but it does not guarantee commercial loudness outcomes, platform performance, or artistic satisfaction for every file.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of your audio and project output. The site content, branding, design, written guides, and interface text remain protected intellectual property of the site operator unless otherwise stated.

Paid AI masters and credits

AI Master (GleamAI) downloads are a paid digital service delivered instantly in your browser. Singles and Creator Packs are one-time payments; the Producer plan is a subscription (see below). Purchases are tied to a redeemable credit code shown at checkout, on your email receipt, and after purchase — treat your code like cash: anyone with the code can use it, and we cannot restore access without it. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable for resale, and one-time pack credits currently do not expire.

Producer subscription

Producer is a recurring subscription ($8.99 per month, or $89.99 per year) that unlocks unlimited GleamAI master downloads while active, subject to a fair-use allowance of 500 AI masters per calendar month (UTC), which resets on the 1st — far beyond any typical personal use; the allowance exists solely to prevent resale, sharing, and automated abuse, and every master below it is always full-quality GleamAI. It is a personal, non-transferable license for mastering your own material — not for resale or operating a mastering service for others. Cancel anytime from the subscription card in the app or by emailing support: cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Subscription charges are not automatically refundable — the cancel-anytime policy is the remedy — but if something went wrong with a charge, email support@trackgleam.com and a human will make it right. A one-time retention offer (such as a free month) may be presented when canceling; it is limited to once per code.

Retired tiers (Founder Lifetime, 100-Pack, 30-Day Pass)

The Founder Lifetime plan, the 100-credit pack, and the 30-Day Unlimited Pass are no longer sold. Existing codes for these tiers remain fully honored under the terms they were purchased with: Lifetime keeps its fair-use allowance of 50 AI masters per calendar month (never reduced below 50 for existing purchasers; "lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the TrackGleam service), and any active 30-Day Pass runs to its original end date with its 1,000-master fair-use allowance. Payments

How you pay depends on where you bought. On the website, payments are processed by Stripe — your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by this site. Inside the Google Play app, purchases are billed by Google Play, which is the seller of record for those transactions; we never see your payment details there either. Credits and Producer access work identically either way, and a credit code bought in one place works in the other.

Refunds

One-time purchases (singles and Creator Packs): if your AI master fails to deliver, or you're not happy, email support@trackgleam.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Include the email receipt or your credit code so we can locate the payment. Issuing a refund closes the associated credit code and forfeits any remaining unused credits on it. Where credits have already been used, self-service refunds are limited to one per customer. Producer subscription charges are covered by the cancel-anytime policy above rather than the 14-day guarantee.

Refunds for purchases made in the Google Play app

Purchases made inside the Android app are billed by Google Play, so the refund route is different — but the standard we hold ourselves to is the same.

• Within 48 hours of purchase, Google handles refunds directly. Request it from Google Play (play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory) or at Google's refund page. This is the fastest path and we cannot speed it up.
• After 48 hours, Google directs you to us. Email support@trackgleam.com with the order number (it starts GPA.) and we apply the same 14-day, no-hoops standard we apply on the web. We issue approved refunds through Google Play; the money is returned by Google and can take several days to appear, depending on your payment method.
• As on the web, refunding a credit purchase closes the associated credit code and forfeits any remaining unused credits on it, and refunds where credits have already been used are limited to one per customer.
• Producer subscriptions bought in the app are cancelled in Google Play, not here: open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, or Play Store app → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for — it is not a refund of the current period. As on the web, subscription charges are not automatically refundable and the cancel-anytime policy is the remedy, but if a charge went wrong, email us.

Google may also refund a purchase on its own initiative — for example an unauthorised charge. When that happens the credits from that purchase are removed automatically, which is why a refunded code can show a zero balance.

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country, including any right to cancel or to a remedy for something faulty. Where local law gives you more than this policy does, local law wins.
