TrackGleam reviews and ratings
Mastering ratings appear here once at least 10 people who finished a master on trackgleam.com have rated it and 3 of them have shared a few words. Every rating collected until then counts toward that, high or low.
How ratings work
Who we ask. When a master or export on trackgleam.com ends, whether you downloaded it, didn't, or it failed, we may offer the same short card after the same short wait. We ask at most once per visit, so you may not be asked on a visit where we showed another message, and not again for a while after you answer. Anyone can rate at any time from this page.
How we check. We count a rating only from a browser that finished a master or export on trackgleam.com. We can't see your audio, so we can't confirm more than that.
What counts. High or low, every counted rating is treated the same. One rating per browser: your latest replaces earlier ones. We show the simple average of the last 12 months, rounded to one decimal.
Not counted. Ratings from TrackGleam staff and test devices, the demo track, our iOS and Google Play apps (they use the stores' own ratings), browsers that haven't finished a master or export here, and ratings held after an unusual burst until we review them. Ratings from people who got free credits, complimentary access or referral credits from us are shown with a label but not counted.
Words. Shown only if you typed them in the box marked "shown on trackgleam.com." All words go public after the same 48-hour check, whatever the rating, and we never edit them. We remove words only for spam, ads or links, someone's personal information, hate, harassment or threats, obscenity, a name that impersonates a real person or brand, or content wholly unrelated to TrackGleam (complaints about prices, billing, refunds, support or our apps are related and stay up). The star still counts. Anyone can report a review with the "Report" link.
No incentives. We never offer credits, discounts, refunds or anything else for a rating or a review, and support decisions never depend on a rating.
Replies. The developer replies to reviews that have words, signed "Reply from TrackGleam". A reply never asks anyone to change a rating.
Labels. "Got free GleamAI credits from TrackGleam" marks reviewers who received complimentary access, goodwill or referral credits; their ratings aren't in the average. Free masters never leave your device, so there's nothing for us to confirm, and no label is not a mark of doubt.
Who runs this. TrackGleam collects these ratings itself. This is not an independent review site. Independent reviews: Trustpilot ↗. App-store ratings are separate and are never mixed into this score.
If we pause this section. Only for a bug, an abuse incident or a legal hold, never because of the score.
Change or remove yours. From the same browser on this page, or email support@trackgleam.com with your RV- reference. Privacy: what a rating stores · review terms.
