Is mastering really free?
Yes. Master a track and download the full-precision WAV or MP3 free, as often as you like — no sign-up, no watermark. You pay only if you want a GleamAI master: $1.99 for one, $5 for a Creator Pack of 10, or Producer — unlimited GleamAI for $8.99 a month or $89.99 a year.
What do I get for $1.99?
One GleamAI master: a plan written for that specific mix, rendered, then measured and corrected, with your choice of five AI mastering engineers and no watermark. Preview it free first — the $1.99 unlocks the download. The credit never expires.
What is the difference between free Gleam and GleamAI?
Gleam (free) measures your mix and corrects it toward the level and tone of released tracks in your genre. GleamAI (paid) reads the song section by section, writes a mastering plan for that specific mix, renders it, then measures the result and fixes what drifted — which is why it can make bolder moves safely. You also choose one of five AI mastering engineers. Every preview is free; you pay only to download. See how it works.
Is there an account? What is the code?
There is no sign-up form and no password. Stripe takes your email and payment; we email you an access code, and it is already loaded on the device you bought from. Enter the code — or tap the sign-in link in that email — on any other device and your credits or subscription follow you. Once a code is entered, the header shows your balance (credits or Producer).
Do credits expire?
No. Single and Creator Pack credits never expire. Producer is a subscription: unlimited GleamAI masters while it is active. Cancel anytime and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Within 30 days of buying a single or a Creator Pack, what you paid comes off a Creator Pack or your first month of Producer — a $5 Creator Pack becomes $5 off your first Producer month, for example. The offer appears on this page automatically once your credits are down to one, one upgrade per code.
How do I cancel Producer?
In 2 clicks, from the subscription card in the app or the Stripe billing portal. Canceling stops future charges; your access runs to the end of the paid period. Free mastering stays unlimited either way. Subscriptions billed by Google Play are canceled in Google Play's Subscription Center.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days, from the support chat (the corner bubble on desktop, the Support page on a phone). Singles and Creator Packs: refund yourself within 14 days of purchase, used or not (one refund on a used purchase per customer). Producer: a charge can be refunded within 14 days of that charge if no more than 2 GleamAI masters were downloaded since it — one subscription refund per customer, and it ends the subscription immediately. Anything else: support@trackgleam.com. Subscriptions billed by Google Play are refunded by Google.
Is my audio uploaded?
No. All audio processing runs in your browser on your own device, and your audio file is never uploaded to TrackGleam or to anyone else. For a GleamAI master, only a small numeric summary of the track (loudness and tonal-balance measurements) is sent to plan the mastering moves.
I lost my code — now what?
Tap Sign in and enter the email you paid with. We email your code with a one-click sign-in button — it is also in your purchase email, and Email me my code at trackgleam.com/redeem does the same. Your credits live on the code, not in a browser, so nothing is lost.
