Common Questions

Why did the name change from Auracle to TrackGleam?

We renamed the site to something more distinctive — that's the only change. Same mastering engine, same private in-browser processing, and the same purchases. Credit codes starting with AURA- remain valid forever, every past purchase still works, and master.djh3mp.com now redirects here to trackgleam.com.

What is the Founder Lifetime plan?

An early-supporter plan — a one-time $99 payment for permanent AI Master downloads — that is no longer sold. If you claimed a Founder seat, nothing changes: your code is honored forever, with the same fair-use allowance of 50 AI masters per month (it resets on the 1st), works exactly like a credit code — no account needed, restore it on any device — and remains a personal license for your own releases, not for resale of the service. Mastering constantly today? The closest current option is Producer — unlimited* GleamAI masters for $8.99/month, cancel anytime.

What is GleamLab?

GleamLab is a set of free AI helper tools that unlock the first time you make any purchase — even a single $1.99 master, a Creator Pack, or a Producer subscription — and stay yours for life. It currently includes Mix Doctor (spots mix issues mastering can't fix, before you render), Why This Master? (explains every mastering decision in plain English or engineer-level detail), and Reference Match (compares your track to one you love and points out the meaningful differences). Like the rest of TrackGleam, the tools work from numeric measurements only — your audio never leaves your device — and more are on the way.

Where is my AI master after I pay?

The moment your payment completes, TrackGleam renders the watermark-free master right in your tab and the download buttons at the top switch to Download AI MASTER WAV / MP3. If you closed the tab before downloading, your purchase became a credit — restore your credit code (below) and use a credit on your track, no second payment needed.

What is my credit code?

Every purchase shows a code like AURA-XXXX-XXXX. It holds your remaining downloads, and it's on your Stripe email receipt too. Treat it like cash: anyone who has it can spend its credits. Save it somewhere safe — a note, a screenshot, your password manager.

How do I use / check my code?

Go to trackgleam.com/redeem and enter your code — it confirms your balance and saves it to your device, so when you open the tool and drop in a track, it's ready to unlock a watermark-free AI master. Your credits live on our servers under the code, so this works on any browser or device.

I lost my code entirely — can I get it back?

Yes. Fastest: open the chat (or go to trackgleam.com/redeem) and use Email me my code — enter the email you purchased with and we'll send your code and a one-click redeem link. It's also printed on your Stripe receipt (search your inbox for "TrackGleam" or "Auracle"), and any browser where you've used it still shows it on the AI Master card. Still stuck? and it will sort it out — a person steps in if it needs one.

Why does the free AI preview beep periodically?

The free preview plays the complete AI master with a light audio watermark so you can judge the result before paying. The paid download is the identical master with no watermark.

Is my music uploaded to your servers?

No. All audio processing — free and paid — happens locally in your browser. For AI masters we send only numeric measurements (loudness, tonal balance, stereo profile) to configure the processing. Your audio never leaves your device.

How do refunds work?

One-time purchases (a single master or a Creator Pack): full refund within 14 days if you're not happy — no hoops, even if you've used some credits (used-purchase refunds are limited to one per customer). The fastest way is the chat: open it, say "refund", and the assistant walks you through it in a couple of clicks. Producer subscriptions aren't auto-refunded — instead, cancel anytime in one click and your access runs to the end of the paid period. Anything else — a retired-plan code or a purchase past 14 days — ; it hands off to a person automatically when one is needed.

I bought inside the Android app — how do refunds work there?

Purchases made in the Google Play app are billed by Google Play, so the route is different, but our standard is the same. Within 48 hours, Google handles it directly — request it from your Play order history; that is the fastest path and we can't speed it up. After 48 hours, Google sends you to us: email support@trackgleam.com with the order number (it starts GPA.) and we apply the same 14-day, no-hoops standard. We issue it through Google Play, so the money comes back from Google and can take a few days depending on your payment method. As on the web, refunding a credit purchase closes that code and forfeits any unused credits on it.

How do I cancel a Producer subscription bought in the app?

In Google Play, not here — we can't cancel it for you, because Google holds the billing. Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, or Play Store app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TrackGleam → Cancel. Your access does not stop immediately: cancelling stops future charges and you keep unlimited GleamAI until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling is not a refund of the current period. If you subscribed on the website instead, use Manage subscription on the credit card in the app.

I bought in the app and lost my credits — can you email me my code?

Not for a Play purchase — Google doesn't share your email address with us, so there's nothing to look you up by. Use ↻ Restore from Google Play in the app instead: it asks Google what you own and puts the credits back on the device, as long as you're signed in with the same Google account you bought with. (The "email me my code" route only works for purchases made on the website, where checkout collected an email.)
