Delete your TrackGleam account & data
Applies to TrackGleam on the web and the TrackGleam Android / Microsoft Store apps.
What a TrackGleam "account" is
TrackGleam does not use passwords or profiles. If you bought credits or a plan, your account is a credit code (like AURA-XXXX-XXXX) plus the email address you used at checkout or sign-in. If you only used the free mastering tool, nothing about you is stored on our servers and there is nothing to delete — your audio never leaves your device.
How to delete your account and data
Email support@trackgleam.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address linked to your purchase (or include your credit code). We verify the request and delete within 30 days, then confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your stored email address, its link to your credit code(s), sign-in tokens, and the code record itself including any remaining credits or active plan. Deletion is irreversible — remaining credits are lost, so use or refund them first (see our refund policy).
What is retained
Payment records are held by our payment processor Stripe as required by tax and accounting law — we never store your card details ourselves. Aggregate, non-identifying usage counters (for example daily totals) contain no personal data and are retained.
Partial deletion
You can also ask us to delete just the stored email address while keeping your credit code and balance usable — say so in your email.
Your audio
Audio files are processed locally in your browser or app and are never uploaded to our servers, so there are no audio files to delete.
