A free audio visualizer that runs in your browser. Drop a track, pick a style, colour scheme and backdrop, and record an MP4 for Reels, TikTok, Shorts or YouTube — nothing is uploaded.
What you can change
The point of a free music visualizer is that it should not look like everyone else's. Every control below is free:
- Five styles. Bars (any genre), Bloom (EDM and house, with your artwork circle-cropped into the ring), Ribbon (acoustic and jazz), Trail (a scrolling spectrogram, electronic and drum & bass), Liquid (R&B and ambient).
- Six colour schemes. Gleam, Midnight, Ember, Neon, Frost and Mono — every one recolours the bars, the background, the glows and the type together.
- Four reactive backdrops. Stardust drifts and scatters on the kick; Aurora swells with the whole spectrum; Pulse fires rings on the beat; Grid lights its horizon with the bass. Or switch the layer off.
- Four fonts, plus title and logo placement, so the type sits where your artwork needs it rather than where a template says.
- Your own artwork and logo — 12 MB each, and like the audio they stay on your device.
Which size for which platform
- 9:16 — 1080×1920. Reels, TikTok and Shorts. The default, because it is where music clips get watched.
- 1:1 — 1080×1080. Feed posts, where a vertical video gets cropped.
- 16:9 — 1920×1080. YouTube and X.
Title and artist text sit inside the safe areas for each shape, so the platform's own buttons and captions do not land on top of your song title.
It records in real time
Worth knowing before you start. The video is captured live from the canvas at 30 fps while the track plays, so a 30-second clip takes 30 seconds, and a full-length take on a four-minute song takes four minutes.
Keep the tab visible while it records. Browsers pause canvas animation in background tabs, and a paused canvas would record a still image with your audio under it — so the tool stops the capture rather than hand you a frozen video.
Why it saves an MP4
Where the browser supports it, clips are recorded as MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio — the format Instagram, TikTok and X actually accept. Chrome, Edge and Safari all do. Firefox can only record WebM, which Instagram rejects, so on Firefox the tool records WebM and says so rather than letting you find out at the upload screen.
Master it first
An audio visualizer makes a quiet, dull mix look like a quiet, dull mix. Is this music visualizer really free?
Yes. Every style, colour scheme, backdrop, font and size is free, with no account and no sign-up. Clips carry a small TrackGleam mark in the corner; removing that mark is the only paid part, and it lives with a GleamAI master rather than here.
How do I turn a song into a video?
Drop an audio file above, type a title, pick a size, style and colour scheme, then hit Create Video. The clip plays out loud while it captures and saves when it finishes. Everything happens inside your browser.
What size should I use for Reels, TikTok or YouTube?
Use 9:16 (1080×1920) for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, 1:1 (1080×1080) for feed posts, and 16:9 (1920×1080) for YouTube and X.
Does this audio visualizer upload my song?
No. The audio is decoded and drawn entirely inside your browser with the Web Audio API and a canvas. Nothing is sent to a server, which is why it works on unreleased tracks and on AI-generated songs you have not published yet.
Why does recording take as long as the clip?

Can I remove the TrackGleam mark?
Not on this page — clips made here always carry it. Master a track with GleamAI and unlock it, and the video maker built into the download step lets you switch the mark off.
